Shipping policy

Orders will be dispatched via a courier service and will require a signature. To avoid delayed delivery please provide us with any special delivery instructions when placing your order regarding where the parcel may be left safely. Please note this will be at your own risk.

All orders will be dispatched in one delivery. In the event that something is out of stock, we will deliver the items that are in stock and confirm when the balance of the order will be sent at a later date.

We work with registered courier companies to deliver all orders securely and in a timely manner. Please be aware that failed delivery, due to nobody being at home or goods being too big to fit through the entrance will result in goods being held at the relevant courier's local delivery depot. Re-delivery or collection of the goods will need to be arranged between the customer and the courier company.
